What can MDNB help me with?
New homes, extensions, renovations, duplexes, granny flats and development projects. Your proposal sets out the design, drawings and coordination included.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
Your property address, a short wish list and an indicative budget. Existing plans, a survey or inspiration images are useful if you have them.
Can you help with DA or CDC documentation?
Yes. We help identify the pathway to investigate and coordinate the agreed drawing package. Site conditions and council or certifier requirements determine what is needed.
How will I follow my project?
MDNB emails you a private project link. Open it to follow progress and view or download shared documents—no password or verification code required.
